This privacy notice explains how Semo Games handles personal data when you visit semogames.com. The site is static, runs no advertising, and does not place cookies. For most visitors no record is kept beyond aggregate, anonymous page-view counts.
Data we collect
We only see information you actively send us through the contact form â your name, email address, an optional subject, and your message. Cloudflare Web Analytics records aggregate page-view statistics without cookies, fingerprinting, or any identifier that points back to you.
How we use it
Contact-form messages are read by the studio and used solely to respond to you. We do not sell, share, or repurpose your information for marketing. Aggregate analytics help us understand which pages are read and improve the site over time.
Third-party services
We rely on a small set of service providers, each contractually bound to handle data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, DDoS protection, cookieless analytics, and Turnstile captcha) and Resend (delivers contact-form emails to our studio inbox). These providers may briefly process technical data such as your IP address as part of normal request handling.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any contact-form message you have sent us by emailing wonsemonemo@gmail.com from the same address you used to write. Where local law grants additional rights â for example under the EU GDPR or the Korean Personal Information Protection Act â you may also lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority.
